Hi,
I live about 1 hr from Melbourne. I have lived here all my life. I don't think I would ever live anywhere else. Love being close to the kids and the coffee shops.

Hubby and I are both born and raised in Perth. I live on the Gold Coast for a year when I was 19, loved the weather. Hubby has lived in Brisbane for a year and loved coming home to Perth every 4 weeks while he was there.
I feel I could easily adapt to any place for a reasonably short time(1-2 years)but Home will always be Perth.
Oh and I should mention we are North side of the River. But I started life on the South

I live in Melbourne, in a northern suburb which we moved to 21 months ago from an Eastern suburb. Love living where we are, used to be farm land so lovely to see some hills and the old 100 year old red river gums out my kitchen window

Born in Wellington, NZ (Dad is a New Zealander, Mum is Australian), moved to Brisbane when I was 14, took my Mum a long time to convince my Dad to move to her home. Madonna, Southsider here!! Left Brisbane in 2001 after hubby was offered a job down here (he's a Melbournian who I met at work in Brisbane after he moved there from Wellington! Freaky!!) In 2002 we packed and moved to the UK for 3 years. I would move back to the UK tomorrow if given the chance but wouldn't live anywhere else in Australia at the moment. I can't handle the humidity in Brisbane anymore!

Worcester! A beautiful place to live. I still miss it soooo much Hubby worked from home when he wasn't travelling so we were able to choose where we wanted to live but needed to be close to Birmingham. My last baby was born there and I often tell him how lucky he is to be a Worcester Boy

That is so pretty, I can understand why you enjoyed living there. Maybe one day you will get to go back.

Yes we will! We plan to go for a few months and have a driving holiday through UK, Italy and France. We did a few of them when we were over there and now have fantastic memories. Probably in 5 years time when DS is old enough to remember it.
