Default Wednesday 8th September

Poor Mr17 has 3 tests tomorrow so tonight's dinner needs to be very healthy. We have fish - I think it was Red Emperor but any white fish will do- that will be cooked in butter and about 6 capers. It is served with 2 rashers of cooked Prosciutto - the fish is meant to be wrapped in the Prosciutto but it works better cooking them separate and stacking them when serving. And of course lots of veges. Good brain food- of course with 3 tests he probably needs food that will stop his hand from cramping with all that writing.

So what's for dinner at your place?

It is thinly sliced steak pork or beef. Dh does it panfried in a small amount of hot oil with a sprinkle of herbs and spices on the meat. You can buy it in Woolworths
