What's for dinner tonight?
I think the family can get their own tonight. We went out for lunch with the inlaws to a restaurant where the decor and the food were awful. I'm feeling quite revolting so I think DH needs to do dinner as I have suffered through such a dreadful lunch. That's fair - right lol?
And in your house tonight?

I forgot to mention the not so pleasant company. I think the ****roach crawling under the table when we sat down was a give away of things to come
What are you having for dinner tonight Yvette? Are you still flooded in?

I think you should enjoy your sweets tonight- after all you are still officially on holidays until tomorrow- right?.
No I won't name the place- don't want to get sued. But I was telling my lawn mowing man who happened to go there a few weeks ago. He said they walked in and walked out because it just looked "grotty". The stupid thing was it was in the Swan Valley where there are so many great restaurants and cafes. I don't know what planet the inlaws were on in choosing this place. I should have walked out and not sat in such a filthy place but didn't want to create a scene.

Sounds awful Julie Anne

What a horrid lunch and to see that coacroach crawling around would have sent me packing! Did you say anything to your inlaws or were they oblivious to the surroundings

What a horrid, horrid experience

Mrs B

The inlaws live in their own world at the best of times. But I will be pointing out to them that what they call quaint - the rest of us call grotty and dirty.
