I'm still getting used to this whole concept of I actually have to cook the dinner instead of just choosing the restaurant

. Although my shrinking waist line is appreciative.
So for dinner tonight is Sweet & Sour Chicken and rice and veges. I will grab a frozen diet meal and continue with the mountain of ironing that beckons me

. Feel free to distract me from the ironing

We had omlettes and salad....... busy day at home and at "Rome" too tired to produce anything of any culinary merit....

I love omelettes- actually I just love eggs. Sounds yummy to me

They are a great stand-by eggs...... have gotten me through many an evening...

Nearly finished all the summer clothes. Then there are all the winter clothes we took away. Fortunately I have many episodes of Y&R to catch up on
