the thread about recovering an old chair?

Hi Julie-Anne,

I'm sure I read on this forum a how to on re-covering an old chair. Does it ring a bell to you? I am trying to backtrack and find it and am not having much luck. It was an old style chair with wooden legs and arms and I wanted to know if that style of chair had a name...

Can you help please or am I in the wrong place?

Thank you so much! Yes that was one of them I was looking for.... but there was also a how to DIY upholstery guide I recall where a women showed how to re-do a couch. Was it on this forum? I thought it was like a feature article or something...

I think this is the thread you are looking for. It's when we recently featured the blog Chair Up and Ange showed us how she recovered a sofa. It was a very interesting post.
