Default Tandoori Salmon

This is the easiest recipe ever. And I am told it is yummy (I can't try it as I am allergic to seafood - so we will just have to trust Mr18 & DH's opinion on this one)

Buy a Salmon Steak for each person. It can have the skin left on or not.
Buy a jar of Tandoori paste.
Rub tandoori paste all over the salmon.
Cover and refrigerate your tandoori salmon overnight.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Spray oil on baking dish.
Scrape excess tandoori paste off salmon.
Place salmon in baking dish and cook in oven for 20 mins.

Serve with rice and vegetables.

Too easy

No Rosie I just cooked this last week.
For lunches DH is cooking a duck salad for my family and I am doing the chocolate tarts. He hasn't decided what for his family but I will try the Tiramisu ice cream cake, which we are in the middle of making now.

It started with being allergic to prawns from youth to my twenties. Then it became all shellfish. Then oily fish was added. I can eat shark and some not oily white fish but I only do this if I buy the fish. If I eat the wrong fish I end up in bed for 3 days - not fun. Although it could be worse as I know people you will die if that eat fish.

Its been a favourite in this household for a while now.

I throw it on to a hot BBQ plate and make the skin crispy, turn it down to cook through, flip it for a minute and serve.

Of course imo salmon is best eaten fresh cold and uncooked.....love sashimi.
