Oh I love the croquettes too.
I hope you enjoy your trip 4sterftg it will be wonderful to go back. Holland is such a beautiful place. I always found the Dutch had a similar sense of humour to Australians.
We took DS to Belgium when he was 14 as he left as a baby. He loved it- especially the food

Thanks Julie-Ann. I have some memories of Holland - we left when I was three. But I'm very much looking forward to seeing where I was born, where my parents were born and catching up with aunties, uncles, cousins, etc. ... oh .. and of course indulging in some local cuisine !!

It will be a very special time with my Mum too !!

I'm also hoping to get some great photos (probably as B&W) which I may be able to use as Canvas Prints in the new family room!!

Chargrilled chicken breasts with roast veges ... yummy, easy and all got eaten. Can't ask for more than that.
