Default Striped Wallpaper

I love stripes on walls - they are so stylish and dramatic. But I'm not brave enough to paint the stripes. Knowing me they would end up dripping down the wall. But I would use striped wallpaper in a heartbeat. So I thought I would show you some of my favourite striped wallpaper by our friend Ann from Decorating Heaven.
This is my absolute favourite. Wouldn't that look great in - well any room actually.

And the stripes don't have to be vertical - for something different you can make them horizontal.
They have stripes in three sizes, 13.2 cm, 8.8cm and 2.6cm. Lots of choices.

Ann has also offered to get small samples which really helps with seeing the real colour versus the colour on computer screens.

I think I would love to add stripes in our bedroom. Stripes and Toile are a marriage made in heaven.
Which room would you add stripes in?

I am having stripes on Roman blinds in boys' bedrooms, as that is about as brave as I can be I'm afraid. Although I would have the black and white stripes in a study - they look so dramatic.

I know I fell in love with it when I first saw it. Do you love the wide or thin stripe best?

I'm so surprised none of the block contestants went for wallpaper - I guess it shows how out of practice people are with wallpapering.

Wide stripes for sure!

I'm tossing up doing horizontal stripes still in DS's room on the wall....he has a striped duvet cover too now (and faint textured stripes in his roman blinds) so might be an overkill with stripes lol
