I have loved the beautiful home house since I first saw it in Home Beautiful.....so much so that I had a consultation for new house build with Jo...the owner/designer. She was lovely but her design prices beyond my means..

I have seen the house in person as it it in Melbourne's Surrey Hills (not inside)..lovely..

I have since studied her house and taken ideas from it but what works is her simple basics coupled with a great way of styling....(bummer she doesn't do property styling just designing in conjunction with her draftsperson)
