Thanks Yvette. I am much more confident now that you have confirmed the height is 143cm from floor to the bottom of the shelf

I do have the same problem in my laundry room with it being small. The dryer is sitting in the rumpus at the moment but its not the best place for it obviously hence why I am looking at this alternative. Not the cheapest option I must say but it is still cheaper than changing the machine to a new front loader to stack the dryer on top.

yes I was going to go with the dryer/front loader stacker too or the combined dryer washing machine front loader.
