Searching for a Perth Cafe

I need help finding a cafe for a lunch. I am taking a friend from the east coast and another friend who is VERY pregnant to lunch. The weather on the day we are going is meant to be very hot and humid. So we need a cafe that has reverse cycle air conditioning for the pregnant friend and me (because I hate the humid heat). Something affordable - a cafe not a restaurant. And somewhere central but not the CBD. Any ideas would be so appreciated.
