a little too much orange for me - at first glance i thought of pumpkins and halloween!! I do like how they have separated the area into 2 "zones" using the different styles of furniture and the rug, but they are still linked through the black and white feature cushions and ottomans

I would have much preferred this with a darker timber deck and pergola. That coloured wood looks awful with the orange IMHO.

LOL, I also thought they were pumpkins! My other thought is it looks too busy.

Yes pumpkins!
My first thoughts were ...orange....busy......orange. My eyes were looking all directions, there is no focus point to rest on. ( I read about that somewhere on this forum lol). And I too thought of pumpkins and Halloween.

I wonder whether it's the lighting that is making the timber look so ... you guessed it .... orange.
Even the drinks are orange. Too bad if I wanted a green drink - nope - only orange here.

It's too messy for my liking. I'm a clean and no fuss kinda girl and that just screams unorganised and thrown together. Some people might like that look but to me it would be painful to live with.

I think possibly staged for photo or party so I think it looks great for that purpose....
What would it look like unstaged and in daylight....who knows ... maybe slightly busy but overally I do think its a great functional space to entertain in the diff zones...

I definately agree that orange is the wrong accent with such orange-toned timber. I would love to see it in a cooler, dark timber, or alternatively with blue or green accents. It would be a great space for entertaining though
