Default Ready, Set, Dissect - Revenge Bedroom

I know it's been awhile but I am in the mood for a bit of decor dissecting. Are you ready, set, dissect this bedroom from the new TV show Revenge.

Surprisingly I like it a lot. I would need to get rid of the bedhead and get something padded I think. Like the colour of the walls, and the doors/outside area oh my I think I need them

Agree Eli, I too would replace the bedhead with something lighter. And I love the doors, but would have to have curtains/blinds or it would be too bright to have a Sunday morning sleep-in till midday!! Gorgeous room!

Very calm and serene! I love the look of it although I don't think I personally could manage to have a seat, bench, trunk, or anything right on the end of the bed like so many designer rooms do. I kick around in the bed too much at night (restless sleeper) and the bed clothes usually end up all over the place and I'd feel suffocated or something. (I know, I'm weird). On the other hand, in a bedroom, I need a much lower roof to feel like I'm cocooned. I can't sleep if I have all that space above my head. I'm hard to please!

Linda.

Two actually but both teens...17 and 14....plenty old enough to know to leave me alone!!!!!Lol
Lately I have been out of bed before them. It is going to be hard getting back into a routine when school goes back! They stay up half the night then won't get up before lunch.

Its rather lovely although I bet its a guest bedroom as the bed seems a bit small.

Love it all with the possible exception of the bench at the end of the bed, it just seems too outdoorsy for me I'd rather a console table or something softer and I'm not completely sold on the bedding but put it all in my house and I'd say thankyou very much.

I like the little bench thing... although I think it might be a bit dangerous as it is higher than the bed... but then again the lines are not very sharp :P

I love the wall colour, and unlike everyone else it seems I actually like the headboard too Personally I do prefer something upholstered because I like to read in bed, but it is nice to see something different and I like the dark colour to give the room a bit of drama.

The gallery wall is pretty too, it looks like they are grey frames, which is a bit different.

I've always liked the idea of a little desk next to the bed, instead of a bedside table, for a guest room too.
