Default Ready, Set, Dissect - Kid's Study

It's that time of the year when the younger kids are doing tests and the older ones exams. As your kids get older the space they need to study becomes more important. A good study makes it just that bit easier to be organised with your studies.
So what do you think of this study? What do you like and what would you change.
TGIF and time for some fun. Get ready, set - let's dissect this Kid's Study.

I love it and would happily have one in my house...too bad DS wouldn't be able to keep it that tidy.

Its lovely but I did wonder if it was a photo from a catalogue of something like Pottery Barn - the furniture looked a bit too matchy matchy for me (especially the chairs in the exact same style as desk and book shelf)

Lol Eli I know what you mean. Mr18's study is looking very messy at the moment.
Giggle_Smile I found the photo here. They had some others but I loved the colours in this one.

I love the colours and the light.

I'm not sure that the desks are deep enough to allow a laptop and books and writing equipment, all at the same time.

There were some great pics on that site. Thanks Julie-Ann.

I love the use of colour in this room. And all the little items that give it so much personality. The extra layers they have added. The windows are stunning and give great light. The only complaint would be as the children get into Year 11 and 12 the desks will be too small. But this is a gorgeous room.

I absolutely love this room the colour combinations is exactly what I have in mind for my son's bedroom so will definitely use it as an inspiration.

I do think it needs more storage/bookcase though. My kids are only 6 and 4 and their two bookcases are already jam-packed!

I love the crisp colours and the windows . I think the bookcase above the drawers looks a bit odd. It's not symmetrical with the drawers and looks too wide sitting on top. I have a thing about symmetry ( drives my DH crazy )
