What a stunning photo Rachel- you look gorgeous.
The colours are still very neutral except for the hint of dark green leaves in your bouquet.
How do you feel about using the bone or light grey coloured neutrals with green as an accent colour?

Hi Rachel

The photo is gorgeous although it is a shame that the broome picture has to go.

If you don't like green then there are also some beatiful rosy gold tones in the picture from the sunset that perhaps could be used as an accent (personally I love green!!).

I think you could also use purple which I would prefer over the rosy tones. Purple is also a very 'in' colour at the moment.

Hope this helps.

Hey Rachel, what a great idea to revisit your wedding photos.....it looks stunning and bedrooms are the perfect place for them.
I think a charcoal wall would be a stunning backdrop and it would highlight all the dark knots in your wood........
But these are all very personal choices and I look forward to seeing the choices you go with.
Maybe the Broome pic could still work somewhere else in the house and photos are always welcome

The Broome photo will be moved into the entranceway to our house. It is in a tricky spot (it is also viewable from my open study) and I think I'll need to take a photo of that too!

The bone/beige tones look good I think. I am thinking I'll paint the walls a bone colour with white skirting and ceiling. I could keep my favourite chocolate coloured bed linen then and spend the extra on LOTS OF CUSHIONS!

And thanks for the compliments - I was younger and skinnier then!

Very funny Rachel, weren't we all when our wedding photos were taken.....
I think your choices of colour are very classic and will be a lovely backdrop to all your accessories.
........and who doesn't want LOTS OF CUSHIONS......Look forward to seeing it all done...

Hi Rachel
I love Louise and Elements colours.
You could do a bone/grey colour like Dulux White Duck on 3 walls with the charcoal feature wall.
Then have say a charcoal quilt cover with purple cushions. Louise is right purple is the IT colour at the moment. And the grey & purple would look great with the picture. And not too feminine that your DH gags.
If you don't like that let us know, we will keep making suggestions
