Thank you so much for that Krystal! It is much appreciated. Oliveri MO70U is the one I am thinking of getting. What is your experience with benchtop joins + undermount sinks + tap in the benchtop? Would you recommend for the tap to be slightly off center or for the join to be of center?

Not sure i completely follow what you're asking...
Are they putting the tap and the join in the same spot?

Hi Krystal- yes I think that's what Thisisme is asking as she was told not to put the tap where the stone joined. What do you think?

I definitely wouldnt recommend it...
Though I have never had to do it - or seen it done. I'll ask Nino (my stone guy) tommorow and see what he says. Knowing him, his expertise and his honesty, I should be able to come up with a good answer for you.
You definitely would NOT do it if its laminate benchtop!!

My undermount sink has been in for a few days now and I love it. I went for a single large and deep sink and had drainer grooves put into my stone on one side. Very happy so far...

Our kitchen builder suggested to us, not to get undermount sinks... I cannot remember why, but it was a good reason not to get them at the time lol.... maybe I will check with hubby and get back to you lol
I personally don't like the look of them.
