Default Pictures of our Renovation work

Yippee, our builders turned up yesterday and started to take down the old wooden slats to our underhouse shed, which is now going to be our Al fresco area by the pool.

So today I took the first picture of the mess, which isnt too bad.

We had to move the carpet snake back down to the bush, and again and again, hopefully he will stay there until we have finished. I dont mind him being there at all, but I d hate to see it get run over or drown in the pool, through fear.

So hear we are pic 1 as work has started, pic 2 is our friend from the bush.

Fingers crossed it will all run smoothly. The new stacking doors arrive next Friday, so the hole in the wall will be knocked thru shortly.

Default New doors

We now have our stacking doors in place, and what a difference it makes to the inside of the house, its like the light has been turned on.
I spent last night, opening and shutting them, like a small child with a new toy.

I have attached a new pic, the ceiling is now the main job, and should be up by the end of the week.

Its all too exciting.
