I loooooove Pavlova and made my 1st one at Xmas
Rosie I have to say though I did use the white wings egg.
I was all set to do it from scratch and then freaked out and did the egg one.
Well done on getting it done from scratch and that it worked out.
You make me want to pav right now for lunch.

Never tried the white wings egg......the egg whites bit is so easy as long as you have a freestanding mixer like a kitchen aid or in my case a kenwood

Can't wait to hear who tries my recipe and see the results...
