Oh, thanks for the offer Rosie, your so sweet.

I loved the look of the smoked chicken & sundried tomato one, so I made that one up as I went and it was soooo good. I used Best Foods Mayo mixed with some basil pesto for the dressing, then mixed it with penne pasta, smoked chicken slices and sliced sundried tomatoes. I'll definately be making that again!

I knew those salads would inspire and yummo that sounds great. Pasta salads are like pasta.....boil pasta and chuck in what tastes good....

This is one I have done before:
Cook pasta and drain.
Mix basil pesto with mayonnaise to your taste.
Stir through pasta.
Line bowl with baby spinach leaves.
Add pasta.
Mix in prosciutto cut into strips and toasted pine nuts.
Yummy and healthy with all that spinach
