Didn't there used to be an ice cream called a Monaco Bar which was a sandwich style? All the old school chocolate ones got subsumed when Magnums came out - I remember the shock of an ice cream costing $2

The lemon slicecubes (yeah. i am going to register a trademark on that LOL) were for lemon mineral water. I did a large jug of mineral water and added the frozen lemon slices to it.

We also did strawberries and added those to a water carafe.

I used a mix of metal and silicon trays and neither was really better than the other. You do need fairly small lemons tho, to fit the circles in the trays. I also think some mint would have been nice but the market was out of mint so I havent tried it.
