Default Our Build Thread finally!!!
We have been waiting for 18 months for our land to be registered and finally last week we got the good news that all the final paperwork had been completed and our land was finally ready!!! (only 6 months late )

We have a settlement date for next tuesday so hopefully the bank can get themselves organised and we wont have any more delays.

Our plans are out of council subject to settlement so we are ready to roll as soon as all the loose ends of money and paperwork are complete.

I have taken on some extra contract work with an old employer aswell as my business so i really have not had a chance to get on the forum for ages but i hope i have time to pop in every now and then and see what everyone is up to

I will upload plans and colour schemes so far shortly.

Here are our plans to date. The only change needed by council was to extend the garage so it will now be 5.8wide instead of 5.5.

Here is our inspiration picture for our kitchen. We will have overhead cupboards but have used this pic as inspiration for colours. While i love the stainless benchtop in this pic we have decided against it, and opted for stone.

We have chosen the following,

Cabinetry - Frosty White (Wilsonart)
Kickboards & Shadowline - brushed aluminimum
Benchtops - Quantam Quartz Ice
Flooring - Lime Washed Bamboo Flooring
Splashback - has not been picked yet
