Organic White Caesarstone, warm or cool?
Organic White looks different in every situation I have seen to date so would you class OW as a warm or cool shade of white?

Paris Girl I have walked around the house with my sample and looked at it in different light. In all rooms it looked a cool white. I do love that stone .

Thank you, that is what I initially thought but then when I looked at at the bathroom fitting supplier it looked decidedly cream.
Why is it that something as simple as a bench top causes us so much angst and indecision??? I had no trouble with the tiles, exterior colours, fixures and fittings but the bench top arrgh! I have two weeks to make a final decision and had narrowed it down to Organic White and Ocean Foam which is a much brighter white. Then DH piped up and said that if I wanted to know his opinion (and I have asked a thousand times and got nowhere) he likes ****ake. Grrrrr. As ****ake is so new it does not appear in too many pictures and the C'stone warehouse is an hour away so difficult to see in a large piece. Went there once and they did not have a large piece of it at the time.
Any of these will go in the room which has Forest Reds (very much like Jarrah) on the floor, gloss white cabinets, white windows and doors plus lots of natural light. Cashmere Caesarstone and white gloss will be in the bathrooms with a taupe/grey tile that looks like stone so no clashes with any of them.
Any opinion?

I would phone your nearest Caesarstone showroom and ask if they can get samples of all 3 colours for you to see. I think it is worth the drive to be sure of such an expensive purchase. I don't have a Shi.take sample yet. I will have to pick one up next time I am near them.

I have samples of much of the range including Shi. take. Trying to decide if white is right or to go with a little more colour of the Shi. take. Obviously I want to create the best look I can to compliment the floors etc. Other than DH no one here to talk it through with and best friends have different taste to me a they are much more into bright colour rather than neutrals.
I've looked at too many samples and have become confused. I make huge decisions each day in the workplace and yet a few metres of benchtop has done my head in, stupid I know. Not enjoying this build one little bit.

I think the majority of people renovating and building find it overwhelming. We totally understand what it is like with having friends who are lovely but find all this decorating talk boring. That's what we are here for .
Tell us about the colours you have used in the rooms connecting to the kitchen. This might help us with the decision.

In a nutshell: Polished floors in Sydney Reds which is like Jarrah so pink/red tones rather than yellow. Walls are painted in Taubmans Crisp White (has to be Taubmans). I still have time to change the paint colour if need be. Windows are white and cabinets gloss white. Appliances are from the Miele range in all black. Although can't be seen from the kitchen, the powder room has taupe tiles thast look like stone and Cashmere c/s vanity. Main bathroom is the same. A wall of stacker doors also white is opposite the kitchen island. The view is peaceful looking into a large poinciana tree. this is the western aspect and the sink which is not on the island faces north. There is nothing on the island.

What do you have planned for window treatments? What is your dining table and chairs colours? And you sofa and any cushions?

I have no furniture, nothing at all. Everything was destroyed by the floodwaters so we have to start all over again. So the short answer is no idea at the moment but can say it will most likely be soft neutral colours and somewhere will be an accent, even if only a cushion, of my favourite duck egg blue. Furniture stores here I come! I plan to have framed black and white photos of our travels on one wall.
