Did you know you can buy pillows that have speakers inside of them? You can hook up your Ipod or Mp3. I found them on the Target website. Here are the details:

Well, when I went in the check the boys after they went to be last night, they both had their iPods on so they were confiscated.

They'd be in heaven in they had these.

Yes I am not sure if listening to loud music is helpful to sleeping. Unless they were listening to meditation music - as if.

That's a great idea. I usually fall asleep listening to a podcast these days. I was thinking that it would cause me to loose sleep but the next day I usually only remember about 10 minutes of the podcast. If the show is informative I do seem to be a bit more creative the next day though...
