What's for dinner tonight?
Mr18 ate the dinner for lunch. Teenage boys. So no lasagna for dinner tonight. Instead I will make chicken and corn burritos. I make up a big batch and freeze the leftovers as individual serves wrapped in glad wrap. They are handy for lunches and after soccer snacks.
What's for dinner in your house tonight?

Bangers and mash - simple, but at least there are no complaints, which is all I aspire to, sometimes !!

Had a full-on roast last night, which was not a good idea when I had The Block at 6.30 - don't like that time - too early.

Cherylle satisfied customers is my main goal too. And I did a roast in the middle of the block last night. Thank goodness I have a tv in the kitchen

I cooked a beef dish (casserole/beef in red wine) last week. I was making several cottage pie mixes and it seemed easy enough to throw something else on at the same time. THANK GOODNESS. I have had quite the day and it was great to heat something yummy from the freezer.
