Years ago I used to walk past a house with picture windows to the master bedroom. I always thought the husband must have silently cringed at the world seeing the over the top floral pastel pink frilly bed hidden by a mountain of more matching plus lacey pillows & a doll

We all have our own different style & life would be boring if we were all the same but sometimes you do have to wonder where these ideas come from but must be worse when it is your OH.

Maybe TIM you should suggest the above bed linen

Oh that never works for me. DH forgets the important stuff in life like birthdays but will always remember his silly ideas.

Do you think these would be TOO ornate for our formal lounge? Teamed with a contemporary sofa?

Once painted white and re-apholstered in a nice fabric of course.

Of course these would look amazing in white a reupholsted. Just be sure to get quotes bc it is hugely expensive to have furniture reupholstered...
