ROFL just in case butcher goes missing I am joking....
Um no.... no such luck here but I suppose a "swisher suburb" would have a nice butcher...

Yes the butcher is on the border of us and the swisher suburb. Plus there is another great butcher in the swish suburb.
So the decision is steak with a fancy marinade the butcher does and potato salad and coleslaw . Thanks for the inspiration lovelies .

Dinner purchased and tomorrow's as well. The lovely butcher offered to marinate some pork belly strips for me whilst I chatted to my neighbour. Both dishes just need 30-35 minutes in the oven. Too simple .

We are fortunate enough to have one of those butcher gems here in Traralgon. What a wonderful experience it is to buy meat from butchers that care!
We had Spaghetti Bolognaise ('again!'...from DS!!!) sauce from the freezer, which was a real live saver as I have been flat out packing orders today. Went for a goddess nap at 5pm and woke 2 hours later to DH cooking dinner (love that man). Left over trifle that I made yesterday (DS...'cool is it Christmas again, where's my presents?') for dessert.
