Lladro - Fitzroy

Just had the most scrumptious Italian in Fitzroy Melbourne tonight at Ladro.....
We had Arancini for entree, Slow roast lamb shoulder and gnocchi....we topped it off with Bombolini (Italian doughnuts) or dessert...

Their gourmet pizza looked out of this world.....

Very authentic and not cheesy Italian........and great prices.....

My bestie and I went to dinner and went for a long walk down Gertrude St....need to get back down to Gertrude st in the day time to check out some of the great stores we window shopped...

I agree! We found this place by sheer fluke when we travelled to Melbourne last year - a real find! I can still taste that amazing crunchy thin pizza base. Hmmm. Yummmm.
