Drats - I thought the coconut milk would reheat.

I would have thought it would only be chicken getting a bit tough with reheating

I made it at 10am (perfect batch) and attempted to reheat at 2.. the sauce went browner than it should have.. and the chicken was really tough .. and there was oil spots through the sauce.. it didnt recombine and it was runnier.

I spent about 5 mins working out if i could cook the chicken in SOME sauce.. strain it and add fresh coconut milk when reheating and what the time line would be.. and went.. you know what.. It will be easier to make new menu cards ... and deleted it.

You win some - you loose some. Good thing you tried it out yesterday.
