I actually don't use Windex on shower screens Thisisme but do on all other glass and never had a problem. So I guess it wouldn't effect the shower screen either. I just am a little paranoid about glass cancer as I see it so often in older bathrooms

The toilet wipes are just for wiping the the outside and the seat of the toilet. You still have to use toilet cleaning liquid and a toilet brush for the inside of the bowl.
