Default Kikki K Memory Book

I bought this Memory Book yesterday to give to Mr18 when he goes off to Canberra. A friend had bought one for her son and suggested it. I loved the idea so much I raced up to the shops immediately. There are many different versions of their Memory Books suitable for different people in your life. There was one for Your Child but it was more like the Baby Books you get when your child is first born. This one is aimed more at friends but can be used for anyone in your life.
Mr18 will probably throw it under his bed , but it feels good to send him off knowing without a doubt how much we love him. We are also going to give him a small framed photo of the 3 of us. This will probably be thrown under the bed as well.

Ok - maybe he will throw it under his bed .... but he will know the love that you put into it and will no doubt pull it out from under his bed every now and again!

Such a lovely idea JA.

Finished this today. It was such a fun and positive experience for DH and I to do. My friend suggested we add some photos - I love that idea. Plus I pick up the professional photos tomorrow. We are giving him 1 of the 3 of us and 1 of himself in his bedroom.
This child is certainly going to leave home knowing he is loved.

We gave the Memory book and photos to Mr18 last night. Cheeky little monkey knew all about it. It appears he actually reads the forum. He says he learns all my secrets by reading here.
Anyway he seemed to love the book and got a kick out of the various funny comments and memories that we wrote about. Mission accomplished then.

He is a very lucky young man to have such a loving and caring family. One day many years from now he will come across that book, re read it and think back to the day you gave it to him. A beautiful memory for always JA.

Di I told him I was going to ban him from the forum. Little devil said that doesn't stop him reading the posts
Good point Dmplus3. Now all I need is for him to start a forum or blog and I will know what he is up to.
We hope Clare1 that it helps him to not get homesIck.
