Hi All,

I have been reading and following this forum for a little while now - but haven't had a chance to introduce myself. So just saying hi and not sure what else I can say..... I have been renovating our current house ready for sale for the past three years. We are finally getting closer and ready to move on to our next house - so I really enjoying watching what other people are doing with their houses. Looking forward to spending more time here

Sorry for the delay reply - I don't get much time to visit forums. We have done pretty much everything. New kitchen, new bathroom (that was fun with only a 1 bathroom house) - fixed the wardrobe in the master bedroom - fixed the hall cupboard (why do people insist of having strange bizarre layouts that do not utilise the space well) painted all rooms - fixed ugly 70's arch ways with kitchen benches going through into the lounge room, completely gutted laundry and redid (is redid a word? LOL!! is now). Put up walls downs stairs took walls down again LOL!!!! All new fence and completely re-created the backyard space. If I get the time I will try and dig out some before and after photos. :-) And to think we are now looking at another renovator - what am I thinking??????

Wow you have been busy and brave with your renovating endeavours. We would love to see any photos you have.
I don't think you are mad for doing another project. Some of us are just insane and enjoy it. But you can also make some very good money to put towards your dream home one day. Go for it.
