I am thinking of getting this tray... But 53cm x 32cm seems a bit too big .. UGGGHH.. and Amazon won't ship any of the other ones I like.... uggggggggh

This is where is gets confusing & annoying the larger tray is being sold by the Amazon store but the smaller one is sold by a different store.

If the item you are interested in is from a category that can be shipped to Aus then generally the Amazon store will sell/ship it to you but often the other smaller stores don't . I don't know why but maybe the Amazon store gets better rates as they are such a huge on line business and the smaller stores get enough business in their local market to not bother with international orders.

If not you can always sell it as new on Ebay. But fingers crossed for you
