Honey Soy Pork Belly

For dinner tonight we are trying something new - Honey Soy Pork Belly strips. The butcher said pop them in the oven for 35-40 mins. Although he seemed a bit vague so I think I will have to watch them. He also said cover them with alfoil whilst cooking.
Has anyone cooked something similar before?
What's for dinner at your place tonight?

Sounds delish but I have not made it before. We do however put belly ribs on the bbq.
Tonight the kids had home made chicken noodle soup and they added heaps of parmesan cheese to it.
I made red curry chicken and veg with basmati rice for hubby and I.

Yummm I love a good curry Bubbles.
Well the pork belly took much longer- a whole hour. But I think that was because the butcher said cover it in alfoil. Also it of course didn't crisp up because of the alfoil. But the verdict is it's worth another go without the alfoil.
