Default Herb, Garlic and Chilli Glaze Chicken

So dinner for us tonight is the Herb, Garlic and Chilli Glaze Chicken roll I picked up from the butchers. Would like to have some chat potatoes (for something different) but not sure what way to cook them, anyone got any ideas? We will also have steamed broccoli, carrots and squash, followed by the slow cooker choc pud & icecream, mmmmmm.

I also got some lamb noisettes to have on Friday night - bonus points for me this week

Sounds nice...how long will it take me to get there? As long as I'm there for the Pud that sounds great....

Tonight I am going soup for me.......have been a bit snacky today and possibly a roast chook for the family... I will throw some shredded chicken and chili into my soup....

We have a 40th on Sat night and mum's 63rd at Yum Cha on Sunday so need to be good for nxt few days to allow for a "yummy" weekend...

Well dinner was a smash hit tonight, Jamie's potatoes were divine and the chicken was the best DH has had for a long time. Pudding went down really well too although DS thought nanna's recipe was better. Overall a huge success and something I should do more often so I was told.

That's brilliant Eli. And a big pat on the back for being able to cook tonight. I know that is not always easy for you.
