So I had a look around my neighbourhood this morning and these are the red brick homes near me. They were all built about 6 years ago and by 3 different builders. They all have red downpipes. The first two pictures the downpipes are hard to see. The 1st picture the downpipe is just around the corner from the left side of the front. In the 2nd picture it is on the right side of the garage door.
I hope this helps rather than confuse because Stormy's pictures looked great too.
