Hello from the Southern Highlands

Hello all,

I've just joined up. I live in Bowral, NSW. Currently in a rental but soon to move into our own house again—a 10 year old, 3 bedroom/1 bathroom AV Jennings home on half an acre. It's been tenanted for quite a few years so has suffered from a bit of neglect. It may well need some new ceilings, a few new roof tiles, and certainly an interior paint job. Over time I hope to extend it to add another bedroom, bath and living area as well as a general makeover.

I look forward to being inspired by lots of other people going through the same things.
