Hello from Northern NSW!!!

Hi Everyone!

I have just joined this site after browsing for while after first googling some paint names. I'm from northern NSW; am a married 'stay at home Mum' to three gorgeous boys and I'm crazy about interior design and consider myself to be very house proud.

We purchased a new, very modern-style house late last year complete with really stark white walls and completely void of any 'character'. While we were waiting for the contracts to settle, I picked out some paint colours that I wanted to use as feature walls (I know feature walls are getting a bit old hat now but I still love 'em!) for the kid's rooms, the main living room and media/kids games/husband's hiding place room. I actually googled the main colour I chose (which was Dulux Rainmaker) to see if anyone else had used it and perhaps uploaded some pics, and some posts on this site came up! Bonus! I think I may have stumbled on to something good !

Hi Nic welcome to the forum, its a great place to share ideas and don't worry about the exclamation marks........I overuse these little dots........we all have our thing here and every one is happy if your happy.

I still like feature walls Nic. I think if you love your home that is the important thing. Fabulous colour Dulux Rainmaker. That's the blue Dmplus3 used.
So how is the decorating progressing? These things have a way of going wayyyy too slow.
