Hi everyone and boy am I glad to have found you!

We are about to build our first home in Sydney (not owner building) and I have already found your forum to be a wealth of information! I am looking forward to sharing and exchanging ideas with you all in the near future!

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to drop names or not so I'll be careful here! We are building with Cl@rendon - the Kenthurst. Although it is a very modified version!

I'll have to see if I have some pics of our new plan already scanned through so I can show you all!I'm assuming I'll have to post them under a different thread?
