Default Healthy Take Away Lunches

For those of you who buy your lunch during the week - what do you buy that is healthy?
I normally at home for lunch and make myself a chicken and salad wrap. It's yummy, healthy and low calories. But today I had to go to the city and get lunch whilst I was there. I really wasn't sure what to get. I ended up going to Sumo Salad and buying a moroccan lamb wrap which was very average.

So what is a good healthy take away lunch?

The rolls or the wraps UG? Their wraps aren't as yummy as mine - probably because they don't have avocado in theirs. I can't believe there is a food that is as yummy as avocado and yet good for you

You can add avocado to anything at subway. At least here in Adelaide you can.

Oh I will have to look next time I am out for avocado at Subway. I didn't think they had it in Perth. But I could be wrong.
Sushi is such a great option. Except for people like me who are allergic to seafood.
I looked at the Pumpkin soup - I love pumpkin soup. But often they put naughty things like cream and butter in soups.

I had lunch out today as I was shopping. I had Sushi and a latte I also love lamb or chicken kebabs...or if I have time I go to the Hare Krishna restaurant in Maroochydore as they have fabulous healthy vegetarian options and yummy chai tea.

I love sushi, iku is a fav haunt – pretty much everything from there is yummy and most choices aren’t too bad. Subway is good too, or just a really good deli sandwich place. Nothing beats a giant salad sandwich! Also that new franchise gyg has some good healthy options in the burritos and salads etc and very yummy! I make my own sumo salads when I have one of those, delish! Lots of olives – yummo!

I usually buy vegetarian rice paper rolls (actually I buy them 3 days a week when I am at work) - I love them - mind you I counteract the healthiness by having ***e with them.

What a great idea Clp- I love vegetarian rice paper rolls. And especially with a little sweet chilli sauce. I wonder if you can get them in Perth city.
LDH I have never heard of gyg - is a chain of stores? What do they sell?
