In my research for diet food I have found some great healthy snacks.
1. Pickled cu***bers. Like Sweet Gherkins but not sweetened. These are only 15kj for 2. Thank you god for creating a food that isn't fattening but tasty. Have this with some low fat cheese or wrap it with a slice of shaved Lite ham.
2. Yoghurt with strawberries. Apparently yoghurt actually helps you to lose weight

. Of course you have to be careful to get the low fat, low Kj variety. Add some fresh strawberries and it is really filling. Plus the strawberries are so gorgeous at the moment.
3. Popcorn with no butter but a little salt makes it tasty.
