Default Healthy Breakfasts

Post any great ideas for a healthy breakfast here.

Lately I have been having 2 slices of the Chia Linseed Bread. The Chia is meant to be brilliant for you and the bread has no sugar in it. And I spread it with the margarine that lowers cholestrol. I have noticed even though the slices are tiny I am full until lunchtime.

My weekday breakfast is a small bowl of Carmens Fruit free musli with lite soy milk, a green tea and a banana.
On weekends I break out and have some wholemeal toast with vegimite or peanut butter and a soy chai late!

LOL, funny Katrina. I used to eat rice porridge, but now cook organic rolled oats. yum.
On waking I usually have my Emergen-C take this with my flaxseed oil and also fish oil tablets....lol!!! When I train ( tomorrow), I will eat an apple on the way home then have my protein shake. Yum. Sometimes I will have a poached egg on wholemeal bread, instead of margaine I have spread avocado. Another fave is Protein Pumped Pancakes or Protein Parfait. ( I eat breakfast before training, I never train on an empty stomach )

Milena you should never skip breakfast it is the most important meal of the day.

P.S.
Eating too much bread is also not ideal.
