LOL, funny Katrina. I used to eat rice porridge, but now cook organic rolled oats. yum.
On waking I usually have my Emergen-C take this with my flaxseed oil and also fish oil tablets....lol!!! When I train ( tomorrow), I will eat an apple on the way home then have my protein shake. Yum. Sometimes I will have a poached egg on wholemeal bread, instead of margaine I have spread avocado. Another fave is Protein Pumped Pancakes or Protein Parfait.

( I eat breakfast before training, I never train on an empty stomach )
Milena you should never skip breakfast it is the most important meal of the day.
