Handover Checklist

Hello All,

In a rush over the past two nights my hubby put together a Handover Checklist that we will run through at our handover. It's a pretty comprehensive list and may be handy for others doing handovers. Of course it would need to be modified to suit the specifics of your house, but may be helpful.

It's to large to attach, and would have to be broken into 12 files to attach on here, but if anyone is interested in a copy to help them, just send me a private message and I will send you a copy.

That is such a good idea.

I have noticed with our build that most times if I ask about something like missing mortar on a brick I get told "you are going to get that in places" and it all gets treated like it is no big deal, I should expect it.

But prior to handover I will be definitely going over everything very closely, and we have an independent inspector as well. This process must take ages!!
