What did you get Yvette? You will be loving doing the washing (for at least 1 week until novelty wears off )

samsung top loader yes very true a bit of learning curve thought as just put the first load in now and it measures the load and sets the water level itself.
Not expensive one just a cheap will get a better one at a later date

What a great Christmas present Yvette. I know Lanne was very happy with her new Samsung. So here's hoping you get lots of washes out of it.
Pity about the rain.

Default Merry Christmas to us!

I got my Christmas present early too! It is the best kind!

Meet Sally, the newest member of our family She is a cross…part Saluki (desert bred dog…and part something else!)

I knew volunteering at the dog refuge was going to be dangerous!

Sally is five months old and was abandoned with her litter to die in the oven hot temperatures of summer in July this year. Fortunately someone found them and was kind enough to take them to the dog refuge.

I met Sally three weeks ago as she was cowering in her cage shaking and so very frightened.

She is such a soft natured dog and while most cope well with the noise and activity of the refuge, Sally clearly wasn't. She was terrified. When I entered her cage she cowered in a corner.

I visited her every week and spent time talking to her and stroking her. I took her to the adoption room for some peace and quiet…it is very noisy in the refuge as dogs bark and set each other off whenever someone walks by their runs, which is often. She relaxed a bit in the room but would not come to me or give me eye contact…at five months she should be a bouncing happy puppy!

I took her home. Luckily our nine year old border collie isn't too fussed and tends to ignore her. My husband came home from a trip and I said "Merry Christmas" He thinks she is great.

Aww Beverly. That made me cry. Bentley is about the same age and a very happy over loved bouncy puppy... how heartbreaking to think they could be any different.. She will grow to love your family and enjoy her time with you. That is a lovely christmas gift.. for both of you. Merry Christmas!

And Yvette.. I am sure you will love the samsung. I was concerned that price = quality with these things more often than not and that samsung make TVs. I think the washer is brilliant. I would happily buy another one! Hope you enjoy yours as much.

so far so good with the new machine,we brought a brand new fridge last year and that was a samsung, so we are getting to be a samsung house.Yes I am loving the machine at the momment the clothes smell so clean and the air turbo dry button is great.jus have to get in the habit of checking the magic filer thought not really had to do that before.I must said it took me a few goes to get it to work have not had on those electricy board ones before did have F&p many many years ago but not like this new one at all.The best thing was it fitted through the laundry door unlike they old had to take laundry door of to get it out for the tip and had to take the door of to get it there when we moved in.
