Thanks Suzpol I just saw on the Coles website the Passage to India curry mixes are gluten free. I think they should be okay for a diabetic too. We tried this brand with a Red Curry last week and it was yummy. A bit hot but I can add some lite coconut milk. The diabetic friend said that is okay for her.

Now I just have to find some dips to take that fit both friends.

Looks like Copperpot make gluten free dips. So I might take a dip, rice crackers, olives and cold meats for an afternoon snack.
