Garlic Chicken Thighs

Our favourite BBQ recipe is from one of our local butchers. The one down near Bunnings on Leach Hwy, Melville.
They sell Garlic Chicken Thighs. The thighs are smothered in olive oil, garlic and parsley. They cook to perfection so easily and are very moist, and incredibly tasty. I have tried to replicate these myself with no luck. We serve this with BBQ'd asparagus spears. Divine.
Maybe I shouldn't have told you all- now they are going to run out when I want them.
