Forgot to say, I'm very very happy with the brands we have chosen for our house. Lots of people have told me to make sure i dont be a scrooge on this sort of stuff and we were told the brand Methven is apparently a very good brand. Its has a lifetime warranty on some products and the rest are 15 years! Everything is made from solid brass. So we tried to keep within this range, but ofcourse we got a few things from other brands such as Franke, Grohe and Caroma.

I can't wait to show you all everything when it's started.

Just wondering if you have tried plumbing supply shops like Cooks or Tradelink, they might be able to give you better prices than harvey norman. If you have a list of the methven taps you want just call them and see if you can e-mail this list to get a quote... I found plumbing supply stores never sell at the RRP even if that is the website or advertised price and discounts can be huge... it is good to have a comparison figure that is seperate to Harvey Norman stores...

I have methven taps and Paco Jaanson oh and a dorf and abbey thrown in for good measure.....

My toilets are imperial ware zeto as are my bath. My sinks are argent and parisi and there is no way that I paid anywhere near the listed prices......

Rosie actually we have chosen Parisi basins also for our Ensuite, RRP $399 each and first quote has them at $340 each.

We are getting quotes from Tradelink and also another Hardware & General.
