Slow cooked chicken curry using Mcormicks Chicken curry slow cooker Recipe mix. I use a mix of chicken breast and thigh fillets and add philly cooking cream cheese and coconut flavored evaporated milk to it. Freezes well. Everytime i make it everybody raves and it's too easy!

Look for the slow cooker that you can brown and cook in the one pot (it was advertised on tv recently).. otherwise they often suggest you brown any meat in one pan .. and then use the slow cooker.. ugh. 2 x washing up!

I do homemade pizza, it freezes well. DH often will reheat a few slices (or 3 or 4!) for lunch. When I make pizzas for dinner I made a spare one and slice and freeze it in individual portions. We usually do ham & pineapple, or BBQ chicken.

I also do homemade mince & cheese pie, likewise, slice and freeze in portions.

I do baking once a fortnight usually and freeze things for school lunches like muffins, cakes, scones with butter & jam etc.
