. Wow you are going to wilt away doing both the boot camp and the C25K

I sadly only lasted 1 week last time

. But I am determined to do better this time. I did Week 1 this morning with no problems

. I did a coupl of 30min walks late last week to build up to it. I have had a terrible cold that got into my chest. So I had to be careful to not overdo it to soon.
So I have been cooking healthy food, doing C25K - next is to reduce the wine. What we do for good health and a decent figure
