Cool Desserts for a Hot Day
I need to find 2 x desserts to serve for lunches when the weather is hot and uncomfortable. Something easy that is either quick to prepare or can be done the day before. Any ideas?

And fruit of course... to balance out the badness of the ice cream :P

I have just been told no fruit. Although strawberries will be tolerated  .
You know I am going to enjoy at least having 1 less fussy eater in this house. Good luck to Mr18 having a choice each day between 2 dishes and that's it. College life might teach him to be less fussy.

We have decided to test out tiramisu ice cream cake and chocolate mousse tarts. I will let you know if they work out. Fingers crossed  .
