I just saw this blog post on how to Convert Old TV Cabinets Into State of the Art Play Kitchens. Makes me wish I had a three year old to undertake this project for. Very cute!

That would be a great little business for a retiree. No-one wants to buy TV cabinets like that - you have to give them away, so the costs would be minimal, and you could sell them so easily for a huge profit.
